Hi, I am Nadz,
and I am a visual storyteller.
I’ve always been a storyteller—whether through words, actions, or visuals.
As a kid, I was drawn to the stage. I loved performing—whether it was a powerful declamation, a heartfelt poetry reading, or a fun storytelling session. There was something magical about bringing words to life, connecting with an audience, and stepping into a world beyond my own.
Over time, I found another way to express myself—writing. I started with news articles for our school paper, then moved on to feature stories and poetry. Looking back, I realize I used to write about the smallest, strangest details—things most people might overlook. But to me, they were worth capturing.
Then came broadcasting, my first love. The idea of speaking to people in real time—informing, entertaining, and connecting—was thrilling. That passion led me to pursue a degree in Mass Communication, majoring in Broadcasting. Even though I didn’t get to finish this course, my love for storytelling never really left me.
In college, I stumbled into the world of multimedia — video editing, photography, scriptwriting — each skill unlocking a new way to tell stories. But then life happened. At 18, I entered the BPO industry, and my creative passions slowly faded into the background.
For years, I didn’t realize how much I missed it — but in a moment of unexpected discovery and a growing sense of need, those creative sparks reignited as I was tasked to lead the Multimedia Team at church alongside my husband who is the head of the Technical Team. There, I found the opportunity to re-practice and rekindle with my old interests.
I chose to relearn the skills I once loved — crafting stories, expressing ideas, and connecting with others through words, voice, and visual.
Bit by bit, I began to weave storytelling back into my life, just like rediscovering a part of me that had been hidden away for so long. It felt incredibly fulfilling to reconnect with my creative side, and each new experience served as a reminder of the joy and purpose that this brings me.
